Weigh in

Did my weigh in today for the end of week 2 and I lost 3.0lbs this week.  I did 3 light workouts because I've been so sick (30 mins elliptical, 30 mins wii fit, 45 beginners yoga on demand) so I wasn't expecting that much. 

So that is 9 pounds down in 2 weeks and I'm feeling as strong as when I started going into week 3.

  2. Awesome! 3.0 lbs in one week takes work - exercising in spite of how you feel. You are doing so good even if hubby seems content to drag you back into the fast food trap. Don't let him. Being selfish in this is okay because no one else has to experience a coronary or other health issues due to being overweight. You alone can do something about it. Stick to your guns.
