First, Last nights ranch seasoned pork chops was pretty good. I thought it was a bit strong but it was devoured and will be on the menu again.
But more importantly, I'm getting a cold and feel like I have very little energy. I didn't make it to the gym over the weekend because of the trip and then yesterday I lounged all day. So I'm struggling with the decision, do I push myself and get the work outs in? Or do I relax and let my body get over the cold? I'm not sure what the best move is. Eitherway, I am eatting on target. What are your thoughts?
I believe in sweating the virus out, so unless the cold is making it difficult for you to breathe, then go to the gym. Or if you're afraid of spreading germs, at least go for a good walk. Get your sweat on! And take vitamin C!
ReplyDeleteI've always heard that you definitely should exercise (lightly, according to how fatigued you are, etc.) if your cold is in the "neck up" because it might make you feel better, but not if it's in your chest or have difficulty breathing etc. Try Googling "exercising while sick" or "exercising with a cold". Good luck!
